PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for the 2025 Sock Club and the first shipment will not ship out until April 2025.

Just like Shawl Club, Sock Club will include 3 original sock designs with 3 shipments of yarn for each sock pattern, scheduled to arrive throughout the year.

The club sock patterns will be designed by myself, exclusive to club members for the year, emailed to you once they’re ready or sent to you on Ravelry, whichever you prefer. The socks will vary in design and will all be simple socks, top down construction. Techniques may include stripes, short rows, eyelets, garter stitch, and simple lace stitch patterns. They will be aimed at the advanced beginner, and I am always available to lend pattern support via email.

The yarn for each design will be handdyed by myself in the colourways used in the sample, and chosen to work well with the socks and compliment their design elements. The yarn weights will vary from fingering weight to worsted and will be merino/nylon blends, MCN blends or superwash wool bases. Sock Club yarn will come wrapped in kraft paper with a bow as shown below.

Once the first yarn shipment and sock pattern has been sent, (spring, summer, fall) I’ll start a new thread in the NBK Ravelry group where we can chat about our projects, share pictures, and help each other out along the way.
