This bulky weight cowl/capelet is warm, stylish and perfect for the cold weather. You can wear it as a cowl or pull it down, tight over your shoulders for extra warmth, leave the turtle neck up, or fold it over. Made on US 11 needles, it knits up just in time for the next snowstorm.

Materials:
Size US 11 (8 mm) circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge)
Approximately 200 (260) yards bulky weight yarn
Tapestry needle
Stitch Marker

Gauge:
10 stitches=4 inches in stockinette stitch

Finished Measurements:
Neck circumference=20 inches
Shoulder width, size small=18-22 inches, stretched.
Shoulder width, size large= 23-26 inches, stretched.
